Our client is an international organisation located in Doncaster who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to report into the Financial Controller whilst taking full control of a large subsidiary.
You will play a crucial role in managing financial operations whilst providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making at the senior management level.
You will be the primary contact representing and providing accurate information to various stakeholders and budget holders including shared services, business Teams and relevant external parties.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Preparation of the monthly management accounts

Assist in the preparation of the Consolidated reporting

Variance analysis Actual Vs Budget and Actual Vs Last Year and commentary for Senior Management and Budget holders

Perform market and trend analysis
-
Preparation and control of the Budget & Forecasts
-
Intercompany reconciliations and recharges
-
Analysis of expense and balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.

Liaison with external audit teams

Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax computations and the consolidated statutory reporting

Ensure full compliance with all statutory reporting requirements

VAT returns
