Description

• Lead the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Review and approve all financial transactions and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in the development of the company's strategic plans.

Profile

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance. QBE also considered.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. DOE
