Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a reputable company based in Doncaster, is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone calls and email correspondence, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Phone Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take messages and forward them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage Email Inbox: Monitor and respond to emails promptly. Sort and prioritise emails, flagging important messages for follow-up
- Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Address enquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
