Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a reputable company based in Doncaster, is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the admin inbox and filing emails into project files – order confirmations and delivery notes – dealing with enquiries or passing onto the relevant person
- Plant hire – speaking to suppliers and ordering plant and equipment then liaising with site to arrange delivery
- Working closely with finance to manage hire period and cost for machinery
- Managing fleet of 10 vehicles – booking in MOT, overseeing general maintenance and repairs
- Keeping up to date with training records and e-learning and monitoring and updating the spreadsheets
- Matching and inputting data related to ordering – PO, order confirmations and delivery notes
Person Specification
- Numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
