- Arranging the Care Act review meetings on behalf of the Social Worker, Provider and Service User. Â
- Collate and track KPI’s to ensure the team is on target Â
- Provide support in project management, assisting in coordination and implementation of business initiatives Â
- Proven experience in a business support or administrative role. Â
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases  Â
- Ability to deal with sensitive and complex information Â
- Experience of analysing data Â
