- General office duties
- Meet and greet workers and drivers
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Booking in, handing out start times and allocating keys to drivers
- Dealing with any queries
- Assisting with the daily planning of staff and routes
- Assisting the Front Line Manager
- Reporting KPIs
- Logging attendance
- Liaising with agencies regarding staff/pay queries
- Punctual, reliable and hard-working individual
- Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic
- Be over the age of 18 years old for insurance purposes
- Respectful of all staff and vehicles
- The role is being offered on a temporary ongoing basis.
- The hourly rate for day workers would be £11.84 per hour and for nights it will be £12.41 per hour. These rates will be increased in April in line with the Minimum Wage changes.
- There are 2 shift patterns available, 1 candidate will be needed working the night shift (5pm – 5am) and then 1 candidate would be working the day shift (5am – 5pm). Successful candidates will be following a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
