- The Role:
- Attending Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites for surveys
- Conducting 4 stage clearances and air testing
- Producing detailed asbestos reports
- Ensuring work is done within agreed timeframes and client requirements
- Liaising with clients and providing consultancy advice

Established Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the Yorkshire region are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will have experience working on Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial sites, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield, Scunthorpe, Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield, Keighley, Bradford, Dewsbury, Halifax, Stoke-on-Trent, Nottingham, Beeston, Derby, Matlock, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Leicester, Market Harborough.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold industry relevant qualifications such as the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
" Will have experience working for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to work well independently or with a team.
" Experience using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
The Role:
" Attending Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites to carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" 4 stage clearances
" Smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed, site-specific asbestos reports.
" Ensuring work is being carried out in line with agreed timeframes and client requirements.
" Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation.
" Auditing of contractors on site.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
