Then look no further….Payables CoordinatorSalary – £29,661 per annum (plus benefits)Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pmLocation Postcode – DN4 5NUAs a Payables Coordinator, you will provide cover for the Payables Team Leader as and when required, which will include team management, payment runs, journal preparation and new supplier/supplier details change requests authorisation. You will also process supplier invoices within SAP, including issue resolution, and do verification of invoices in ReadSoft Verify.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.Our promise to you- Competitive salary- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training and progression- Recognition scheme- Refer a friend- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership, holiday purchase and many more.- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors Service via our Wellbeing Platform.What will you be doing?- Management of Exceptions and Non-Workflow inboxes in SAP – i.e. managing invoice rejections and correcting data entry issues- Posting of invoices that have multiple VAT codes- Processing of all relevant invoices and credits to pre-defined targets, including matching lines and investigation of POs- Telephone and email queries from suppliers and FCC Environment sites- Reconciliation of specific supplier statements- Report any problems to Payables Team Leader so speedy resolution can be actioned- Monitor workflow and report, provide evidence, for all overdue resolutions or consistent poor performance by users to Payables Team Leader and Payables & Treasury Manager- Allocate all unmatched workflow items to relevant person to authorise/resolve to pre-defined rulesWhat are we looking for?- Accuracy in checking and validating data input- Excellent attention to detail- Knowledge and experience of payables cycle- Ability to manage own workload to meet demanding timescales- Experience in SAP essential- Previous experience of staff management in an office environment is ideal- Knowledge and experience of Treasury processes is preferredAbout UsWe are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
