We're seeking a dedicated Production Worker for a hands-on role at our Sandtoft site, where you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Shift Pattern & Pay Rates:

Schedule: 4 on, 4 off (including weekends)

Shift Hours: 06:00 – 18:00

Pay Rates:

Monday to Friday: £12.84 per hour
Saturday: £19.27 per hour
Sunday: £25.69 per hour

About the Role:

This role is predominantly focused on manual handling and is paint oriented. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Production Line Monitoring: Oversee operations and conduct quality checks
Defect Management: Remove defective products and document any issues
Cleaning Duties: Clean pallets and moulds as required
Ensuring Efficiency: Help maintain smooth production flow

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment working with machinery
Performance: Ability to work to production targets and understand work instructions
Teamwork: A reliable team player capable of working unsupervised
