Production Operative / Factory Operative Doncaster

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Production Worker. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Days & Nights rotating

• Days      Monday – Friday 7am-4:30pm
• Nights   Monday – Thursday   7:00pm-7:00am

Days hr rate £11.72 / hr    / Overtime rate: £17.60 / hr     

Nights  @ £14.19 / hr         /  Overtime rate: £23.46 / hr  

Ideally you will have:

• Some prior experience working within a production, manufacturing or factory environment involving manual work.
• Driving Licence and own transport (due to remote location)

Duties include but not limited too;

• Manual production including hand painting, pouring concrete in to moulds/pallets, placing moulds in to furnace, etc.
• Monitoring line and quality checking product
• Removal of defect products from the production line
• Logging / documenting any defects
• Ensuring line is running efficiently at all times
• Manual loading/unloading product from pallets, etc.
