We are seeking experienced Paint Plant Operatives to join our team near Doncaster. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality finishes and the smooth operation of the paint plant.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining painting equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently

Applying paint finishes using specialized machinery or manual methods

Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the process

Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of the paint plant

Adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Identifying and reporting any technical issues or defects in products

Requirements

Proven experience as a Paint Plant Operative or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and processes

Familiarity with industrial paint systems and machinery

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Flexibility to work on either shift pattern and adapt to production needs
