Job Vacancy: Full-Time School Caretaker - Secondary School, Doncaster
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to join our team at a thriving Secondary School in Doncaster. This is a full-time, possibly permanent role, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and upkeep of the school premises
- Ensuring the school grounds are clean, safe, and secure
- Basic repairs and improvements to facilities
- Liaising with external contractors when necessary
- Managing health and safety compliance across the site
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school
What We're Looking For:
- Previous caretaking or site management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Ability to respond to emergencies and prioritise tasks effectively
Working Hours:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required for some early mornings and evenings)
