Are you an experienced driver looking for a rewarding role? Join us as a Mini Bus Driver for a local secondary school in Doncaster!
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school, seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Mini Bus Driver to join their team. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering a chance to play a key role in ensuring the safe and timely transport of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting students to and from school, as well as to extracurricular activities, trips, and events.
- Ensuring that all passengers follow safety regulations while on board.
- Conducting routine vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Following a set timetable and reporting any delays or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license with D1 entitlement to drive a minibus.
- Previous experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle.
- Excellent driving skills and a strong knowledge of local routes in Doncaster.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Working hours - 08:00am - 3:30pm
