Business Analyst – Remote (UK based)£40,000 - £50,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week and great benefitsThis profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Business Analyst, who has a proven track record of success as part of an established delivery team. You will be joining an organisation that can offer a variety of challenging work, and a project pipeline that will allow you to expand your skill set.As Business Analyst, you will be working across change and delivery with responsibilities such as documenting requirements and user stories, conducting impact assessment of proposed changes to people, managing and implementing successful change, as well as coaching the business in the delivery of change.For this role, you will be expected to travel to their Leeds once per month and travel can be expensed for candidates that live more than 30 miles away.Package:
  1. 35-hour work week
  2. Up to 20% bonus
  3. 30 days holidays + bank holidays (plus buy and sell 5 more days)
  4. 6% employer pension contribution and much more.

Experience / Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience in a business analyst role.
  • Experience implementing change.
  • Experience of end-to-end change delivery and customer journey mapping.
  • Workshop facilitation, coaching, process mapping and modelling, impact assessment & gap analysis, stakeholder analysis and engagement, benefits measurement
  • Problems solving, root cause analysis and analytical skills
  • Project Management; manage timelines, resources, and risks for projects
  • Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices.
