Salary: £131.30 - £170.30 per day including seasonal and performance related bonuses (reverting to standard rates in January)

Job description

We are looking for a number of people to join us at Dunk Distribution who may not have previously considered the role of delivery driver as well as seasoned professionals. We are more interested in you and your capabilities than previous experience.

• £131.30 - £170.30 per day including seasonal and performance related bonuses (reverting to standard rates in January)
• A flexible number of days per week, as we operate 7 days per week we require weekend work on a rotation basis but will work hard to balance needs across the team

Once trained you will be delivering high volumes of parcels on behalf of our clients and we therefore expect exemplary customer focus in order to uphold both Dunk Distribution and our clients' brands. We have rigorous processes to follow with world-leading systems and technology to support them. You must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, both alone and in support of the team but you are never alone on the road, we have a huge support team at your disposal.

You must be:

• In possession of a full driving licence with no more than 6 points and no active IN, DR or TT endorsements
• A safe and capable driver
• Able to work the 9 scheduled hours plus morning preparation and breaks, start times may vary and work may continue into the evening
• Dedicated, flexible and able to follow correct procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Able to commute to and from the Doncaster delivery station
• Able to load and deliver high volumes of parcels of up to 23kg each
• Able to speak, read and write English to a good level
