About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable Drivers Mate to join their team, assisting with the delivery of heavy upholstery items to private residential addresses. You will be part of a 2-person team, conducting 10-15 deliveries per day across the Yorkshire and Humberside regions. This role involves physical work, requiring candidates to be comfortable with lifting and handling furniture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Driver: Support the driver with navigation, unloading, and delivering items to customer homes.
- Customer Interaction: Ensure friendly and professional service while handling customer deliveries.
- Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to safety guidelines for lifting and loading, maintaining a steady workflow.
