We are currently recruiting for a Executive Chef for a family owned and operated, multi-faceted visitor attraction in South Yorkshire.
The Catering, Food & Beverage operation comprises several restaurants, a number of seasonal retail catering outlets, an onsite bakery, onsite butchers and a central production kitchen that produces a range of fresh 'ready meals'.
We are therefore looking to recruit a Executive Chef who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive craft based background, gained in high volume multi-faceted, multi-outlet catering operations, with turnovers in excess of £4 million per annum.
This a senior level appointment, and the successful candidate for the role of Executive Chef will report directly to the board of Directors, and will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running, and long term direction of the Catering and Food & Beverage operation at the venue, including leading a team of over 175 full and part time staff, and the management of all Health & Safety and Food Safety systems and procedures.
