Manufacturing Quality Assistant

Thorne

Monday to Friday Various shifts ( Saturdays will be required, when busy )

12.52 + Bonus + overtime

As a quality assistant, you will support customer and supplier problem resolution with our manufacturing processes and help quality improvements.

What will you be doing as a Quality Assistant:

  • Primarily supporting the Quality Inspector or Co-ordinator providing them with data and results from product or process measurements
  • Supporting in resolving issues within the manufacturing processes
  • Supporting goods in-supplier assessment and resolving customer complaints
  • Assisting in supporting site calibration and document control

What do you need to qualify for the Quality Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a quality environment
  • NVQ level 2 in manufacturing would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Computer skills including Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and have a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
