Business Development Manager – Northern England

Up to £50,000 w/ Car & Bonus

If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and thrive on building relationships with key decision-makers, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.

 What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Managing and growing a sales pipeline across Northern England, securing new business contracts in key industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.
  • Attending 5-6 pre-arranged client meetings per week, presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers.
  • Conducting site visits and surveys to assess client needs and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Representing the company at industry seminars and networking events, driving lead generation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities Managers, Compliance Officers, and Health & Safety professionals.
  • Following up on proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.

What We’re Looking For 

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in facilities management, compliance services, or technical sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience selling to compliance-driven industries and an understanding of regulatory sales drivers (advantageous).
  • A self-motivated, high-energy mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across Northern England (occasional overnight stays required).
