- Strong experience in commercial leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on key account management, distributor management, sales, and business development as a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and building successful partnerships with distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
