EMEA Sales Director - Software – Hybrid (South Yorkshire Office 3 Days Min Required)

What You'll Do:

? Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition & revenue growth across EMEA
? Foster cross-selling and up-selling strategies within existing customer accounts
? Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy
? Provide insightful reporting & analysis to drive data-driven decisions

What We're Looking For:

? Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS/software sales
? Track record of exceeding sales targets & delivering revenue growth
? Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
? Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (Salesforce experience a plus)
