The role of the Internal Account Manager - Electrical Accessories will involve:

  • Internal Account Manager role selling a range of cables & accessories
  • Selling into a wide range of industries including: rail, construction, infrastructure, aerospace, retail, oil & gas etc.
  • Assisting the field based BDM working within the midlands region
  • Manage existing accounts won by the BDM and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with inbound queries via telephone and email
  • Liaise internally & externally to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders
  • Produce quotes for smaller orders and follow up where appropriate
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing customer base

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Account Manager - Electrical Accessories with:

  • Must have office experience, ideally within an account manager position however the role would also suit: sales administrator, customer service, internal sales, telesales etc.
  • Ideally experience working for or selling into the electrical or construction industries
  • Must be confident on the phone and happy talking with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience selling a service such as: insurance, software or tech would be beneficial
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Able to work autonomously & as part of a team
