Grafton Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Campaigns Manager on behalf of a successful company based in South Yorkshire. This is a 12 month contract based role.
This role calls for strategic thinker who excels at delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse audience and drive measurable impact.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Marketing Campaigns Manager:
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering digital, print, events and partnerships.
- Develop tailored strategies for different audience segments, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Oversee CRM systems and use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
- Present campaign strategies and results to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
- Manage website content updates and ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
- Implement SEO and paid media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, with focus on campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, CMS (e.g WordPress) and analytics tools.
- Experience working with Email Marketing Automation Tools.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to track campaign success and optimise based on insights.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with graphic design or familiarity with design tools will be a plus.
