The Company:

Our client offers automated payment services in the UK and internationally throughout Europe and the United States. As an industry-leading SaaS business, they are already a market leader in the UK, with the potential to dominate the customer payment solutions and IVR services technology space internationally. To underpin planned growth, the company is seeking to appoint an experienced high-calibre SDR Manager to drive Sales and the development of the SDR team.

About the Role:

The SDR Manager will take the lead in prospecting new accounts, while developing and coaching the SDR team to achieve growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of Sales leadership and experience of selling complex SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to acquire new accounts.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure the product range meets their requirements.
  • Work to and deliver both individual and team KPIs/targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop the SDR team.
  • Recruit and train new SDRs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on new account status and the SDR teams performance.
  • Report to the senior management team.
  • Utilise CRM system and other prospecting tools to manage new client interactions and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the existing Marketing and Account Management team.

About you:

  • Proven B2B Sales experience
  • Strong track record of managing and growing Sales teams.
  • Preferably in SaaS/Payments industry.
  • Proven record of growing new complex accounts.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and Consultative sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results driven.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to stay abreast of the industry changes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure that all client deliverables are met on time.
  • Digital proficiency.
