The Baby Room Leader will run a baby room with space for 12 babies alongside a team of Practitioners. Role Requirements:
- Commitment to safeguarding young children
- Understanding of the Key Person approach
- Experience as a Room Leader
- Level 3 Childcare Practitioner qualification or above
