- Provide high-quality emotional, social, and physical support to children and young people
- Lead shifts and support care planning, key work, and link work
- Take part in care reviews, meetings, and progress tracking
- Support young people through challenging behaviours or emotional distress
- Help with household tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the home
- Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping in line with Children’s Homes Regulations
- Provide supervision and support to team members when required
- Level 3 QCF in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Residential childcare experience
- Great communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins and occasional crisis response
- Supervisory experience is a plus
