Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in care planning, reviews, and case conferences.
- Assist with daily activities, including cooking and household tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with the community, parents, and professionals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
Requirements:
- Commitment to high professional standards and confidentiality.
- Willingness to participate in a ‘sleeping in’ rota.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
