Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Civil Senior Site Agent / Sub Agent on behalf of a tier onecivil engineering main contractor to work on a large Water infrastructure scheme in Doncaster.
The project is a 10m+ Water Treatment Works upgrade scheme involving full civils & MEICA works. This project will be running into 2025 with further work planned & secured in the local area to follow this. Current secured pipeline of work is over 30 sites within 1 hour of Doncaster & on frameworks with goodlongevity.

Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Health, safety and environmental monitoringby ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Management /supervision of temporary works on site
- Involvement with RAMS, permits, briefings etc.
- Managing sub-contractors
- Work with commercial team to producefinancial forecasts and final cost & value reviews
- Managing Engineers on site including: Graduate/SiteEngineers
- Reporting to and working closely with Site Agent and Project Manager
Experience required:
- Must have experience working asSite Engineer or Sub-Agenton civil engineering projects: Water Treatment, deep drainage, RC works etc.
- Must have experience working as main contractor on projects 5m+.
- Industry related qualification is beneficial (HNC/HND or Degree).
- Must hold: CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTSand full driving license.
Remuneration:
A salary of up to 55,000 (dependant upon experience) plus: company vehicle or allowance, generous annual leave scheme, 7.5% pension, fuel scheme, healthcare and other benefits.
