As Property Inspector, you will be required to:
- Assist with debt collection and work with tenants and 3rd party agencies to resolve outstanding balances.
- Support the sales manager with the debt collection processes
- Schedule and conduct property inspections.
- Identify and report any necessary repairs or improvements.
- Provide clear and detailed reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Communicate inspection findings effectively with property owners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Candidate:
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel allowance provided).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and structural issues.
- Confident, friendly, and approachable
- Proficient on CRM systems
