We are working with a high end Property Development Company who are eager to recruit a strong Business Development Manager who is able to network, liaise, sell to high worth individuals.  The key to this role is to meet individuals who are looking for a strong investment opportunity, and eager to invest within the propertyn market.  Our client has numerous properties, deals which will meet a successful entrepreneur's criteria.  The key to being successful is being able to network, go to events, create raport and build on this.  Follow enquiries up, ensure you are matching the right individuals with the right investment oportunity.

Full training on the product will be facilitated from day 1 and will be on-going.

This role needs a strong Business development Person, who is able to work unsupervised and work to targets.

CRM and systems are in place in order to succeed within the role.

Ideally we are wanting someone from a strong sales and business development background, someone who is able to open doors, build rapport and can confidently sell the opportunity and investment.  The role will be a mix of being office based and also attending meetings, networking, presentations, along wiht visiting latest property investment opportunities and taking clients to view.

This role is a really exciting opportunity, and really gies the successful candidate the chance to work and put their stamp on this role.

It comes with a great salary pacakge, open to negotiation, along with an uncapped OTE, which is most definitley achievable, and due to local travel thier is also a car within the offering.
