Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with Omega PLC, a leading manufacturer of high-quality, branded kitchens, with the exciting appointment of a Commercial Manager. 

This is a key hire and an excellent opportunity to work for an established and stable business which prides itself on quality design, first-class manufacture, and excellent service to customers.

As Commercial Manager you will take full responsibility for the commercial delivery of high-end projects, ensuring contracts are managed from tender to successful financial completion.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the successful commercial management of all projects
  • Taking full commercial responsibility from contract award through to completion and final account
  • Managing contracts, variations, and changes with customers
  • Managing, leading, and developing a commercial team
  • Developing productive key relations with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure successful, profitable outcomes

The Commercial Manager will need:

  • Previous substantial commercial management experience
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience of FF&E or interior fit-out as part of projects advantageous
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence
  • An understanding of manufacturing
  • Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects
  • Experience of SAP or similar software
