Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Sales Territory Manager role based in the office in Doncaster. The Assistant Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales within a designated territory, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting aftermarket parts to potential clients. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Job Summary

The successful candidate will be will have some experience in sales (full training given), self-motivated, enthusiastic with an attitude to learn
A knowledge of automotive crash repair part would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build long-term relationships with local customers
- Exceed daily financial targets
- Take orders over the telephone and up-sell to increase invoice value
- Make outbound calls to raise customer awareness and achieve sales
- Actively promote offers
- Limit credits and returns by sending the right parts, first time
- Become an essential, trusted part of your customers business
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English language
- Proactive approach in resolving customers’ queries
- Comfortable with social media, chat and new technologies
- An Interest in cars is advantageous
