Are you a natural at connecting with people and passionate about luxury design? We’re seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team, helping customers bring their visions to life by combining exceptional service with expert product knowledge.

Your Role:As a Sales Consultant, you’ll:

  • Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through our stunning range of luxury brands and products, creating an inspiring and enjoyable experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their style, needs, and budgets to craft bespoke designs tailored just for them.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to design their dream bathroom, blending aesthetics with functionality and using high-quality products to create a perfect image.
  • Use cutting-edge design software to produce detailed 3D visuals that bring their ideas to life and make their vision tangible.
  • Consult on colour schemes, finishes, and product choices, offering your expert advice to ensure every element meets their expectations.
  • Liaise with the head office to ensure designs are completed to the highest standards and seamlessly transition into production.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in bathroom or interior design, ideally in a retail or consultative sales environment.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to inspire confidence in your clients.
  • Sales experience is a bonus, but a talent for building relationships and delivering tailored solutions is what will set you apart as a Sales Consultant.
  • Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail.

Your Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week with flexibility required, including alternate weekend shifts (12 weekends per year).
  • Working hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
