Role: Team Leader - Document Management Role
Work Location: 7 Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster , DN4 8DH
Start date - 06/01/2025 - end date 30/06/2025
£13.33 per hour, 7.5 hrs per day - 37.5 hrs per week.
Full time Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays. 8am - 4pm shift.
Warehouse environment, manual handling and physical ability.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Play a lead role in the workflow management and staff supervision for the CIC records management operation. Manage throughput to ensure best practices are adhered to and that technologies are utilised to provide the highest level of customer service and business benefit.
Work closely with the management team to provide effective support to both clients and suppliers as well as the operational staff within CIC
KEY TASKS:
Mentor to the operational team
Oversee direct communications with clients and Capita internal communication
Provide personal development to the team in a live working environment
Share lessons learnt over past years to align and where possible enhance the current service levels
Have full awareness and understanding of specifications and SLAs for each client utilising CIC services
Effectively review, prioritise and manage workflow and resource planning within the team to fulfil SLA requirements. Distribute and delegate tasks across the team taking appropriate skill sets of staff into consideration
Liaise with customers to facilitate effective processing, highlighting and suggesting solutions to any obstacles that may affect the completion of work within the required SLAs.
Inform the Operations Manager in a timely manner if any issues arise that may affect the completion of tasks and/or have an impact on the SLAs.
Ensure that all statistical information is accurately logged and maintained on a daily basis. Collated information to be provided in agreed format to the Operations Manager in good time for notified month end cut-off dates
Attend and contribute to senior management team meetings giving feedback and suggestions to resolve operational issues and enhance overall service delivery and two-way communication
Actively seek ongoing professional and self-development by suggesting and implementing processes for continual improvement and offering solutions to issues as they arise.
Ensure that the team area is kept clean and tidy and free from any potential hazards, ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as determined by the needs of the business.
Contribute towards continued certification of existing and any new quality standards
Conduct Team Brief's on a fortnightly basis to share business and operational communications.
FLT trained an advantage.
