We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe working environment, which follows health and safety standards.
- Monitor picking and packing to ensure all delivery dates are met and products shipped are packaged well to reduce damages
- Supervise the receiving and zoning of all deliveries
- Be a positive influence in driving the team forwards
- Ensure maintenance of work equipment and machinery is being upheld, and report any issues
- Innovation, always be looking for ways to improve the business.
- Work in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, through the implementation of procedure and reporting issues along with solutions.
- Step up cover in the absence of the warehouse manager
