Governance Manager Permanent £40,000South Yorkshire
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Governance Manager to join an organisation based in South Yorkshire on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Governance Manager:
- Developing and maintaining effective governance processes
- Handling governance frameworks
- Providing governance advice to the board, chair, and other senior stakeholders
- Responsible for board meetings
- Handling all data protection matters, including DPIA's, SAR's and managing risks.
