The role reports into the Education Director and is responsible for managing an experienced team of 3. As a Learning Design Manager, your role will include:
- Applying learning design principles to ensure high pedagogical quality across all programmes, modules, and short courses.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and the production team to develop content, activities, and assessments tailored for all adult learners
- Conducting thorough quality assurance reviews of webinars, courses, and video resources to maintain consistency and quality.
- Overseeing the creation and implementation of assessments, course handbooks, and supplementary materials.
