Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are excited to be working with a leading SaaS business to recruit a Learning Design Manager on a full time, permanent basis. The role offers remote working with 1 day per month travel to South Yorkshire and is responsible for design and quality assurance of learning materials and methodologies. The role reports into the Education Director and is responsible for managing an experienced team of 3. As a Learning Design Manager, your role will include:

  • Applying learning design principles to ensure high pedagogical quality across all programmes, modules, and short courses.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and the production team to develop content, activities, and assessments tailored for all adult learners
  • Conducting thorough quality assurance reviews of webinars, courses, and video resources to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of assessments, course handbooks, and supplementary materials.
