Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Our client, a long established general legal practice in Doncaster who deal with a wide area of law including Residential Conveyancing, Commecial Property, Private Client, Litigation and Family are now looking foram experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

The position will involve working on a mixed caseload of Sale & Purchase including, Leasehold, Freehold, New Build, and Right to Buy.

The successful candidate will join a very busy department working from the Head Office in Doncaster town centre.

• The role involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion.
• The candidate will have extensive experience of freehold, leasehold and new build transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision.
• The candidate will have the ability to work on theirown initiative with attention to detailand should demonstrate strong organisation and file management skills.
• Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience as a residential conveyancer, you do not need to be a qualified solicitor as experience working ona variety of residentialconveyancing transactions is more important

Basic salary is dependant on experience and the generous bonus structure is directly linked to fee income.

Benefits include:

24 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years service and again after 10 years service. Standard NEST pension.
