A £billion part supplier to the Rail industry have an essential requirement for a Customer Support Advisor (Entry Level) to join their Doncaster based Customer Services Team. You will have an immediate progression plan, with support to develop into an Account Manager; gaining exposure to the inner workings of a thriving business boasting thousands of employees and clients.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for a Graduate to join a fun and dynamic team of 11, with regular socials, weekly prizes and incentives.
You will be a friendly and confident individual, ready to work as part of a team, delivering excellent customer service across an array of customers. Speaking to every department within this Supply Chain/Manufacturer, you will quickly gain excellent exposure into how a business operates; with opportunity to work your way up into an Account Management position.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader UK, the purpose of the Customer Support Manager role is to manage all transactional activities associated with customer relationship management and to provide exceptional customer service customers.
- The role requires cross functional working with teams across the business to resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs, managing customer enquiries received via the website or e-commerce system, dealing with complaints professionally and to support the delivery of budgeted sales, service level and performance targets.
The Candidate:
• Ideally a Graduate (any degree)
• Customer service experience (able to communicate with customers via the phone and email)
• Able to work well as part of a team

Salary:
£24,440 (will rise in April with annual pay increase).
