Join our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Doncaster! As the business continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success. 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations by accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Enter order information into the system with a high degree of precision
  • Collaborate with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
  • Communicate with customers to clarify order details or address any issues that may arise
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Monitor and update order statuses, keeping customers informed of any changes
  • Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all order-related activities

Experience required of the Order Processor:

  • Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with SAP is desired
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
