Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a well-known, Doncaster based business, as they are looking to recruit their next Customer Service Advisor. This is a permanent role with progression opportunities for the right candidate!

The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Collaborate as part of a team, supporting one another in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide a dependable customer resolution service across various communication channels
  • Take ownership of customer issues and prioritise resolving them during their initial contact
  • Efficiently manage personal queues, workloads, and customer cases
  • Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant teams
  • Ensure customer information is accurately updated and compliant with GDPR
  • Identify vulnerable customers and register them for appropriate services
