I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to work for an engineering organisation based in Warmsworth. Salary up to 35,000 + Benefits.

This company are at the forefront of the district heating industry, committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions. They specialise in providing efficient, environmentally friendly heating solutions to communities and businesses. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the advancement of district heating technology.

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, you will be the pivotal link in supporting both internal and external stakeholders, whilst optimizing service, support, order processing and deliveries to customers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Service role, or similar
  • Experience working for an Engineering Organisation
  • Proven Experience in Internal Sales & Ordering processing
  • Proficient with ERP System
