The RoleAs a Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting ETL development, data analysis, and strategic reporting to improve business performance. Working remotely with just 1-2 days per month in South Yorkshire, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape the organisation's data strategy.
What You'll Be Doing- Transforming raw data into meaningful reports and insights.
- Enhancing ETL processes, reducing technical debt, and driving automation.
- Supporting the Data Strategy Manager in developing a robust Data Warehouse.
- Providing technical expertise on client-facing calls.
- Improving data quality, technical standards, and reporting systems.
- Expertise in Power BI (Power Query & DAX) and Google GCP tools (BigQuery, Looker).
- Strong ability to analyse and present complex data in a simple, actionable way.
- Knowledge of data-related laws and best practices.
