HGV CE Driver - Car Transporter

Interaction Recruitment Sheffield are recruiting experienced HGV CE Class 1 Car Transporter Drivers for our client based in Doncaster.

This role also includes driving Class 2 Transporter vehicles.

Temp to Perm vacancy for the right candidate.

We are looking for motivated individuals to drive car transporters. This role requires a driver who is committed to providing excellent customer service, as you will represent the company directly to their clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career-not just a job!



About the Role:

Monday to Friday

Driving an HGV car transporter carrying new, used and salvage vehicles.

Loading and unloading cars, vans, and other vehicles onto and off the transporter.

Conducting thorough vehicle checks before loading to ensure they are in good condition.

Engaging directly with dealerships and clients.

Delivering vehicles to dealerships and small businesses in the region.



What Were Looking For:

A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.

At least 6 months of driving experience in the last 2 years.

An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tacho Card.

No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (minor offences only).

Confidence driving vehicles onto trailers at height.

Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high standards.

A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
