We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support primary schools and nurseries in Doncaster on short and long-term placements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a positive impact in various educational settings.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide high-quality care and education to children in early years settings.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to education.
- Adapt to different educational settings and meet the needs of diverse groups of children.
- Must hold a Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working in early years settings such as nurseries or primary schools.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different locations and adapt to various educational environments.
