About Us:I am currently supporting a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for our students. They are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team to make an impact in their thriving and lively KS1 phase. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support students with their learning and development.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
  • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting students.
