Teaching Assistants Wanted - Doncaster AreaDo you have experience working with children?Do you have a passion for supporting primary-aged children within education? Hays Education is looking for supply teaching assistants to join our team in the Doncaster area. If you have a background in working with young learners and are seeking flexible work opportunities, we want to hear from you!About the Role:As a supply teaching assistant with Hays, you will have the chance to work in a variety of primary schools across Doncaster. You will work within either KS1 or KS2 supporting students either in a group or 1:1 basis to help create a positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual and small group learning activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs, sometimes on a 1:1 basis.
  • Work closely with other staff to promote student progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • At least 20 days experience working with primary-aged children in the last two years is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school settings and classroom environments.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
