The client is currently seeking a Team Leader to join their purpose-built care home located around beautiful scenery close to Doncaster. The home provides residential and dementia care for up to 54 residents.

What You'll Need:

- NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health & Social Care

- At least 1 year of experience in a residential or nursing home

- Strong leadership skills and a person-centred approach

- Good understanding of safeguarding and care planning
