As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Co-ordinator to join our team. Role Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales process and cycle, with a focus on both nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time on account management and 60% on new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the packaging or a related industry
- Strong account management skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
