Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
- Coordinate and manage the HR Director's diary, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing and filtering email inboxes.Â
- Assisting with event planning.Â
- Supporting other Directors/Executives when required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Working collaboratively with team of PAs to ensure maximum efficiency.
Skills and Experience of the Personal Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
